Exchange Notice ＞
Exchange will take place at the exit of the sales booth at 13:30 in advance.
Also, if you can bring a calendar without birthday when purchasing goods
I will exchange it on the spot.
If you have any questions, ask a nearby staff member.

● We will exchange calendars at the dedicated window and the goods section.
Please bring your calendar without birthday.
● It will be exchanged for the product you bring.
● Replacement time is from 13:30 when the pre-sale of goods starts until 18:30 when the performance starts.
● At Shinagawa Stella Ball venue, if you are a refundable customer and wish to purchase
Thank you for purchasing at the sales floor.
● This product will be purchased up to one per accounting.

* Please present your fan club membership card when you make a purchase.
* Authentication using the IC function of the membership card. If you have forgotten your membership card,

If you do not have either a membership card or a digital membership card, you cannot purchase the "Desktop Calendar" exclusively for fan club members at the venue.
* Please note that you cannot purchase an expiration date.
* In order to display your digital membership card, you will need your membership number and password registered in Da-iCE OFFiCiaL FUN CLUB ai. Please note that you can not respond to forget your membership number or password at the venue on the day.
* Customers who have joined and continued at the venue will be required to present a membership receipt and a continuation receipt.
