Regarding the postponed "Da-iCE 10th Anniversary Live House Tour 2024" Zepp Haneda performance on Friday, August 16th, we would like to inform you about the ticket refund method and ticket resale.

If you would like a refund, please check the refund method below and make sure to complete the procedure within the refund acceptance period.
We cannot process refunds outside of the refund acceptance period, so please be sure to complete the refund procedure within the refund acceptance period.

In addition, since Toyosu PIT, the venue for this rescheduled performance, is a venue where we are unable to offer 2nd floor reserved seats or 2nd floor rear standing, all customers who have tickets for 2nd floor reserved seats or 2nd floor rear standing for the Zepp Haneda performance will be eligible for a refund.
Also, due to system reasons, we apologize for the inconvenience, but all tickets purchased through the AnyPASS STORE (official resale) will be "cancelled."
Your tickets will be invalid and cannot be used for the rescheduled performance, so please be sure to apply for a refund.
