The performance period for Miyagi performance / Osaka performance / Aichi performance has been changed from 2days to 1day.
If you have already purchased a ticket for 2 days and the transfer performances are duplicated, please be sure to refund one of the tickets.

Please follow the procedure below to complete the refund procedure yourself.

* All tickets distributed by AnyPASS due to the postponement of the performance will be returned to the purchaser.
We will notify you by e-mail again according to the transfer performance date, so please redistribute it.
* Those who have purchased ai advance reserved seats are kindly requested not to withdraw from the fan club until the transfer performance date.
Please note that you will not be able to receive tickets if your membership number changes from the time of purchase due to withdrawal or re-enrollment.
* Tickets for customers who purchase multiple tickets will be refunded to the purchaser at once.
* You do not need to receive or display your AnyPASS ticket for refund.
